A supperclub series where The Common Head Chef, Andre Miguel, designs a menu incorporating Frontier and two other beers into a three course dinner with benefits.

What benefits? How about a sharing pre-starter and a Goodie Bag?

Simple, Sharing, Pairing – that’s what this Supperclub is about.

Each course has been designed around three different beers to maximise the flavours found within. Beer Sommelier, Ben Sedgwick, and Head Chef, Andre Miguel have worked together with The Common restaurant to create an intimate dinner party with an ambitious menu.

Arrival

The Common Tortilla chips served with house seasoning plus three dips – relish, tzatziki & guacamole

Chef Andre’s Wedding Dish –

Flakes of lemon sole & cod with slow cooked cherry tomatoes, capers, red chilli, coriander & cooked with Frontier

Braised beef – The Common style, with Beer, Bubble & Squeak served with Beetroot & Mustard relish & a puff pastry soldier
